Is 5kWh low-voltage energy storage battery safe?
The 5kWh low-voltage energy storage battery uses lithium iron phosphate LiFePO₄battery,which is one of the safest lithium batteries.Compared to lead-acid or other lithium-ion batteries,they have superior thermochemical stability and do not experience"thermal runaway"like some lithium-ion batteries.Another safety advantage of LiFePO₄is that lithium iron phosphate is non-toxic.Therefore,you can handle it more easily without being as toxic as lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries.

Regarding battery operation
Why does the battery not discharge when the power grid is unavailable,but it can discharge normally when the power grid is available?
On the app,it is necessary to enable off grid output and backup functions to force the battery to discharge in off grid mode.
Why does the battery SOC suddenly jump to 95%?
This usually occurs when BMS communication fails when using lithium batteries.If the battery enters float charging mode,the SOC will automatically reset to 95%.
Can't the battery be fully charged to 100%?
When the battery voltage reaches the charging voltage set in the APP,the battery will stop charging.
Why is the data displayed on the homepage different from the data displayed on the parameter page,such as charging/discharging,photovoltaic values,load values,or grid values?
The data refresh frequency varies,resulting in data differences between different pages of the app and between portal websites and apps.
Some columns are displayed as NA,such as battery SOH,etc
Is there a quick way to make the system work?

What kind of load can I use to connect to the backup power side?
Please refer to the user manual.
If,due to certain special circumstances,we are unable to 100%follow the installation or operation instructions in the user manual,will the warranty for the inverter still be valid?
